What is Gelatin
It may not sound desirable, but gelatin is a protein that comes from animals, usually cows or pigs. Another way to add more gelatin into your diet is by purchasing collagen peptides. It’s not quite gelatin, but they both have proteins made from amino acids. And they have equal benefits.
