1) Our Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying our products. If you’re not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) subject to the terms below.
2) Eligibility Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.
3) What Purchases Are Eligible
This Guarantee applies only to individual (single-unit) items purchased directly from Life's Butter through lifesbutter.com
Eligible examples:
• 1 single pack / 1 individual unit of a product at regular price (or non-bundled pricing)
Not eligible (excluded) examples:
• Bundled items, multipacks, or sets (e.g., double packs, triple packs, “3 for” deals)
• Discounted bundle offers or “bundle & save” promotions
• Any purchase where multiple units are packaged and/or sold together at a discounted rate
• Orders not purchased directly from lifesbutter.com (e.g., marketplaces, resellers)
We may label bundle/multipack offers clearly at checkout; however, whether or not an offer is labeled as a “bundle,” a purchase is not eligible if it includes multiple units sold together at a discounted or bundled rate.
4) Return Requirements (Physical Products)
To qualify for a refund for an eligible single-item purchase:
• The item must be returned within 3 days after your refund request is approved.
• The item must be returned in unused / gently used condition, with any included components (e.g., accessories, inserts) as applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number/receipt/invoice).
5) Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for returning items and for all return shipping costs.
We do not reimburse return shipping fees, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information.
6) How to Request a Refund
Open the chat icon on our website and enter the following information:
• Your full name and order number
• The eligible single item you want refunded
• (Optional) A brief explanation of the issue
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund as appropriate.
8) Refund Method & Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund processing typically occurs within 5 business days of receipt/inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
9) Non-Refundable Items (Additional Exclusions)
Unless required by law, the following are not refundable:
• Gift cards
• Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale at purchase)
• Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes
10) Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, as permitted by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law.
